Grilled Chicken

Quick, Easy & Fresh!

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breasts (Bell & Evan’s organic is the best)

  • 2 Tbsp Thyme with stalks removed

  • 3 Garlic Cloves

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 3/4 - 1 cup Olive Oil

  • Half a Lemon, juiced

  • Dash of Red Pepper flakes

Procedure:

  1. Cut chicken breasts in half (horizontally) to create thin slices

  2. In a food processor or blender, blend thyme, garlic cloves, olive oil, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes

  3. Marinate the chicken for 5-7 hours. If you don’t have that much time, try and keep it marinating for at least an hour

  4. Preheat grill to high temperature until you see it smoke/it’s very hot

  5. Season chicken with salt and pepper before placing onto the grill

  6. Keep chicken on the grill for 3-4 minutes before flipping. When attempting to flip, if the chicken sticks, it is not ready. However, when flipped, leave for another 2-3 minutes

  7. Remove from grill and allow chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving/cutting
